Information
Aheloy is a kilometer away from the sea. There are no big beaches over here, but the guests of the town can still enjoy the sea waves. There are two spots on the shore that are suitable for sunbathing. One is the artificial beach in front of one of the hotels that is of small area and in most cases overcrowded. The other beach is located in front of the old camping site “Aheloy”. The second beach is nicer and quieter. Nearby there is healing mud source that people use to treat various kinds of pain. Accommodation can be done in big luxurious hotels in the town as well as in the private houses of some locals.
